Job Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, network devices, and other IT equipment.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software-related technical issues.

• Provide technical support to employees and assist them with IT-related problems.

• Perform regular maintenance and ensure all IT equipment is functioning properly.

• Install and update operating systems, software, drivers, and security applications.

• Monitor network connectivity and troubleshoot basic network-related issues.

• Maintain records of IT equipment, repairs, replacements, and maintenance activities.

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical repairs and equipment maintenance.

• Ensure proper data security, system backup, and compliance with company IT policies.

• Provide technical assistance during system upgrades, installations, and office setups.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in IT/technical support is preferred.

• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple technical issues.

• Willingness to provide on-site technical support when required.
