Responsibilities & Context:
Laptop and desktop cleaning and servicing.
Disassembly and assembly.
RAM, SSD/HDD, battery, keyboard and other component replacement.
Thermal-paste application.
Basic hardware diagnosis.
Assist senior technicians with repairs.
Maintain tools and workstations.
