Responsibilities & Context:
Diagnose and repair desktop and laptop hardware problems.
Troubleshoot motherboard, power, display, RAM, SSD/HDD and other hardware issues.
Diagnose no-power, no-display and intermittent hardware problems.
Supervise junior technicians and ensure proper repair procedures.
Perform final quality checking before delivery.
Guide technicians in difficult hardware troubleshooting.
