• Skills Required: AC, Compressor maintenance skill.

Workplace: At Factory.

Job Location: Birulia Savar.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines such as cutting, drilling, CNC, edge-banding, sanding, pressing, Molder, Beam Saw, Spray Booth PLC,VFD, High voltage pasting, Cutter Sharpening, Wide Belt Sanding, Compressor, ACE , Sub-Station, Welding and assembly equipment.

• Adjust machine settings, alignment, belts, bearings, gears, motors, and other mechanical parts.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment used in furniture production.

• Install electrical wiring, switches, sockets, lighting, and power connections for furniture products.

• Inspect electrical connections, cables, switches, motors, and control panels for safety and proper operation.

• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and machinery.

• Repair or replace damaged electrical components, wiring, plugs, switches, and circuit breakers.

• Ensure electrical installations comply with company safety procedures and applicable electrical standards.

• Use electrical testing equipment to identify faults and verify safe operation.

• Maintain records of electrical maintenance, repairs, inspections, and replaced components.

• Respond quickly to electrical breakdowns to minimize production or operational downtime.

• Coordinate with technicians, production staff, maintenance teams, and supervisors to resolve electrical problems.
