Responsibilities & Context:
1. Maintain and troubleshoot the FUJI NXT SMT Mounting Line to ensure stable and efficient operation.
2. Manage MES connectivity, equipment communication, and production traceability.
3. Monitor OEE, Equipment Utilization, Loss Time Analysis, and Drop Rate Control.
4. Handle Vision64, CVImage Editor, CEditor, KmLaser, and PowerSPC systems.
5. Drive equipment reliability, breakdown reduction, and continuous improvement activities.
