• 3+ years of experience in IoT, smart devices, consumer electronics or retail sales.

• Experience in product display, inventory management and frontline sales training.

• Strong understanding of IoT products and retail operations.

• Good data analysis, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to visit stores and work closely with frontline sales teams.

• Manage nationwide IoT product sales and business development.

• Develop IoT sales targets, strategies and action plans.

• Manage product display and merchandising standards in stores.

• Monitor IoT product inventory, replenishment and stock availability.

• Train sales promoters on IoT product knowledge and selling skills.

• Develop IoT cross-selling solutions with mobile phones and other products.

• Analyze sales performance, product movement and store execution.

• Work with regional teams to improve IoT sales performance.

• Prepare regular business reports and improvement plans.
