Experience:

• 7 to 10 years

• Higher Secondary

• SSC/HSC or Technical Training Certificate in Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical trade preferred.

• 7 to 10 years

• Age At least 20 years

• Minimum 7–10 years of hands-on experience in Injection Moulding Machine maintenance

• Strong practical knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

• Experience in plastic manufacturing or injection moulding industry is highly preferred.

• Ability to read machine manuals and technical drawings (basic level).

• Must be capable of working under pressure.

Job Responsibilities.

• Install, set up, and operate Injection Moulding Machines efficiently.

• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults and resolve breakdowns quickly.

• Perform routine inspection, servicing, and preventive maintenance of machines.

• Adjust machine parameters to ensure consistent product quality.

• Reduce machine downtime through effective troubleshooting and maintenance planning.

• Support production team during machine changeover and mould setting.

• Maintain proper maintenance records and report major technical issues.

• Ensure compliance with safety rules and factory standards.
