• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical, Electrical, or EEE Engineering

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Woven Manufacturing

• Age At least 26 years
• Only Male

* Experience: at least 2–3 years in a senior supervisory or executive capacity.

* Proven Knowledge of MS Office.

* Develop and execute comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules for all machinery, utilities (compressors, generators).

* Oversee breakdown maintenance to ensure minimal downtime and rapid root-cause analysis (RCA) to prevent repeat technical failures.

* Manage the spare parts inventory, forecasting demand for critical components to eliminate production bottlenecks while avoiding overstocking.

* Supervise floor teams, including mechanics, electricians, and technicians, assigning duties and monitoring daily performance.

* Raise purchase requisitions (PR) for machinery, tools, and technical consumables in coordination with the procurement department.

* Communicate with all departments for achieve maintenance and company goals.
