12–15 years of relevant experience in cement plant mechanical maintenance.
Strong hands-on experience in VRM maintenance.
Expertise in FLS and Loesche VRM maintenance, troubleshooting and overhauling.
Good knowledge of VRM, Ball Mill and unloading systems.
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for VRM, ball mill, and unloading system maintenance.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
Lead FLS/Loesche VRM maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ensure equipment availability, reliability, and minimum downtime.
Monitor critical components including rollers, bearings, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, and wear parts.
Plan and execute shutdown, inspection, and overhauling activities.
Conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with production, electrical, and instrumentation teams.
Manage maintenance manpower, spare parts, and maintenance costs.
Ensure compliance with maintenance SOPs, safety, and environmental standards.
Drive equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency improvement.
