Responsibilities & Context:
Preventive Maintenance: Run regular checks, lubricate moving parts, and replace worn components to avoid machine failure.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical malfunctions, fix or replace broken parts (valves, bearings, belts, gears), and reassemble equipment.
Installation & Calibration: Set up new machinery, align and calibrate equipment, and test run systems.
Safety Compliance: Follow strict safety rules, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Documentation: Keep clear logs of parts used, repairs made, and equipment status updates.
