1. Applicants must have IOSH/NEBOSH certifications.

2. English communication is mandatory.

3. Policy Implementation: Design and update health, safety, and environmental programs according to local and international standards like ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.

4. Risk Assessments: Inspect job sites and facilities to spot potential hazards, unsafe behaviors, or environmental risks, and execute swift corrective actions.

5. Incident Investigation: Lead root-cause analyses on accidents, injuries, or near-misses and write formal reports with preventive recommendations.

6. Training and Education: Run safety inductions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills for staff and contractors.

7. Regulatory Compliance: Maintain logs, track safety performance indicators, and liaise with external regulatory agencies.
