Position: Construction Management Intern
Salary: JPY 230,000 per month (After Completion of the Internship)

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise construction sites.

  • Monitor construction progress and ensure projects are completed according to schedule.

  • Coordinate day-to-day site activities and relevant personnel.

  • Ensure construction work is carried out safely and according to required standards.

  • Handle site-related management and coordination duties.

  • Communicate with relevant parties involved in construction projects.

  • Take responsibility for assigned construction management and site supervision activities.

Requirements:

Japanese Language Commitment: Online Japanese lessons approximately four times a week, followed by four months of study at Nagasaki University.

Full JD After completion of the Internship:

Position: Construction Site Management / Construction Management Staff

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage construction sites for port construction, road construction, and slope stabilization projects.

  • Prepare and manage documents at the construction site office.

  • Manage project schedules and construction progress.

  • Maintain and manage photographic records of construction work.

  • Prepare meeting materials and related documentation.

  • Perform other administrative and coordination tasks related to construction projects.

Employment Type

Employment Term: Indefinite-term employment contract

Working Conditions

Working Days: 5 days per week
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Overtime: Average of approximately 3 hours per month
Overtime Pay: Paid separately
Annual Holidays: 118 days per year

  • Approximately JPY 5,000 – JPY 30,000 per month based on previous year's performance/results.

RequirementsEducational Background
