Minimum 5 years practical experience in real estate sector

· Provide strong management & technical skill to ensure project implementation and ability
to co-ordinate with everybody with honesty, sincerity and accountability:

·Prepare effective program planning, implementing and monitoring of (M&E) activities in all projects.

·Regular Monitoring of Project (M&E) activities against targets & if there is any deviation
to take correct decisions.

·Monitoring the proper utilization of (M&E) projects equipment’s at site.

·Monitoring the proper maintenance of project constructional equipment’s related to the
construction and take action immediately.

·Analytical, narrative & status report (weekly / monthly) for the defined project on regular
basis with analysis and prompt action proposals.

·To arrange & attend meeting with site personals to identity the issues to improve the project
progress & quality, for taking proactive initiative in all respect on before.

·Liaison regularly with the Sr. Manager-EME in advance to overcome
all short coming encountered on various electro-mechanical materials & equipment’s
at site.

·Provide knowledge and skill to improve performance of staff & technician. Train the project
electro-mechanical team on assessment, quality control, progress monitoring & administrative
discipline to create satisfactory Job environment.

·Distribute work to all the subordinates for different items of work to build up responsibilities.

·Making monthly project cost control report to Sr. Manager-EME & showing the
savings in time-and cost of the project.

· Create & update personal work planning & style to motivate own self for smooth, effective
& timely fulfillment of job responsibilities to achieve company's goals properly.

· Prepare BOQ before starting project.

· Regularly check & sign requisition raised by site.

· Checking contractor bill.

· Other special jobs as assigned by the management.
