Finlay Properties Limited is looking competent & highly adaptable people to join as a General Manager- Market Operation at Finlay South City (the largest AC Market in Chattogram), Arakan Road, Bahaddar Hat, Chattogram.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the market.

• Ensure daily administrative work at Market.

• Capable to work under pressure and long hours.

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for market machine equipment, maintenance, and supplies.

• Ensure cleanliness, safety standards, and proper functioning of market facilities.

• Supervise and support the administrative staff (Security, food court staff, Cleaner, Gardener, Fireman, Electrician, Lift man & Office assistants, etc.).        

• Liaise with Government offices and other relevant agencies/ organization related to Market.

• Liaise with the emergency services, law enforcing agencies, fire service etc.

• Ability to handle unexpected situation/incident due to internal or external factors.

• Liaise with shop owners & other committee members for smooth operation of Market. & any other activities assigned by the management or committee members from time to time.
