Responsibilities & Context:
Customer Relations Manager
Be the main contact for clients from inquiry to handover.
Meet clients, understand their needs and budget, and explain our services.
Follow up with leads and turn them into confirmed projects.
Coordinate between clients, designers and the site team.
Handle client feedback and follow up on payments.
Project Engineer
Supervise interior fit-out work on site.
Follow drawings and make sure work matches the design.
Prepare BOQ, material estimates and cost reports.
Manage schedules and complete projects on time.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and check quality.
