• Proven experience (1–3 years preferred) in 3D interior design or visualization.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering tools (e.g., AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop).
• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D design and rendering skills.
• Excellent visual storytelling, attention to detail, and spatial awareness.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Job Summary:

TM Interior is seeking a talented and creative 3D Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling 3D interior designs (preferably using 3ds Max) that meet client needs and reflect TM Interior’s standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D models and renderings for interior design projects using software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar. (One experienced with 3ds Max will be given priority)

• Collaborate with clients and the design team to understand project requirements, preferences, and budgets.

• Create detailed interior layouts, color schemes, lighting plans, furniture arrangements, and material selections.

• Prepare mood boards, presentations, and walkthroughs for client approvals.

• Revise designs based on client feedback and project specifications.

• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and emerging technologies in 3D visualization.

• Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate design execution
