Strong technical aptitude, hands-on interest, problem-solving ability and willingness to learn Lithium Battery technology are essential.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lithium/LFP Battery PACK assembly, testing and production supervision.
Cell sorting, matching and battery pack configuration.
BMS selection, configuration and troubleshooting.
Battery testing, quality control and fault diagnosis.
Preparation of SOP, BOM and technical documentation.
Support development of E3W batteries, ESS/BESS and other energy-storage products.
Work with Chinese technical experts during technology transfer and commissioning.
