Responsibilities & Context:

Training Title: Construction Management Engineer

Training Time: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Training Days: Monday to Friday

Training Location: Baridhara - J Block, Dhaka

Requirement:

• Candidates who aim to build a career as a Construction Management Engineer in Japan.

• Applicants must hold a four-year Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field from a reputed university. Candidates who are expected to graduate are not eligible to apply.

• Up to 29 years old

• Applicants who can commit to one year of continuous Japanese language study, from enrollment through completion of the program.

• Applicants who commit to working in Japan upon receiving a job offer after completing the program and who have a strong intention to pursue a long-term career in Japan.

• Highly motivated individuals with a strong willingness to learn and grow.

• Applicants who are willing and able to engage in construction site management for public and private construction work in Japan.

• Applicants who are committed to passing the JLPT N2 and obtaining the Second-Class Construction Management Engineer certification within the same period and aim to progress to the First-Class certification within five years.

• Must be in good health and have no chronic illnesses

Applicants must undergo a medical examination including tuberculosis (TB) and hepatitis screening

Curriculum:

• JLPT N4: JLPT N4 Course

• JLPT N3: JLPT N3 Course

Class Schedule:

• Participants must enter the classroom by 8:50 a.m.

• Class Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

• Break: 10:45 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

• Lunch Break: 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.

• Participants are required to bring their own lunch.

• Self-Study Time (Mandatory): 1:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m

Venue:

• In-person classes, BJIT Ltd. CEO Office

Completion Requirements:

• Participants who achieve an attendance rate of 90% or higher will receive a Certificate of Completion

Dismissal Policy:

A participant's enrollment may be suspended or terminated at the discretion of the program administration if any of the following conditions apply:

1) Poor Attendance

2) Attendance falls significantly below the required standard without a valid reason.

3) Insufficient Participation

4) Continuous failure to submit assignments, absence from tests, or a lack of commitment to learning.

5) Unexcused Absence or Loss of Contact -

i) Failure to respond to communications from the administration for an extended period.

6) Misconduct -

i) Harassment, inappropriate behavior, disruption of classes, or actions that negatively affect other participants or instructors.

7) Academic Dishonesty -

i) Unauthorized attendance by another person, plagiarism, cheating on examinations, or submission of false information.

8) Violation of Program Rules -

i) Repeated violations of program regulations or any behavior deemed incompatible with continued participation.

ii) The administration may conduct a prior consultation and provide guidance for improvement before making a final dismissal decision.

Job Opportunity in Japanese Company:

• Once the Japanese language classes begin, we will share the CVs and profiles of all the Course participants with companies in the Anabuki Group and look for more companies interested in recruiting.

• If positions cannot be found for all the participants, we will introduce you to opportunities with BJIT clients.

Expected Job Responsibilities in Japan:

This position is responsible for managing construction projects to ensure that work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards. You will coordinate with workers and subcontractors while overseeing overall site operations.

The role mainly involves construction management for large-scale building renovation projects, such as exterior wall repairs for apartment buildings and commercial facilities.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, quality, and safety

• Arrange materials and coordinate with subcontractors

• Monitor and supervise construction progress on-site

Sales and Planning Support

• Prepare proposal and presentation materials

• Conduct client meetings and needs assessments

Building Inspection and Assessment

• Conduct building inspections and visual condition assessments

• Explain inspection findings and recommendations to clients

Customer and Stakeholder Relations

• Communicate and coordinate with condominium management associations

• Respond to inquiries and provide support to building residents and clients

Important Notes: Commitments of This Program

• High-quality Japanese language instruction provided by native Japanese teachers.

• Specialized interview preparation classes will be offered.

• After the commencement of the program and upon successful completion of the JLPT N4 level, participants will be given opportunities to attend interviews with at least two companies in Japan.

• Candidates who receive a job offer through the interview process must obtain a passing score on either the JLPT N3 or NAT-TEST N3 by October 2027. Failure to meet this requirement will result in ineligibility for entry into Japan and employment commencement.
