• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in the respective sector.

• Proven track record of successfully handling projects, tendering, or business procurement activities.

• Thorough knowledge of Government procurement procedures, tendering, contracts, commercial documentation, and procurement practices of Government and institutional buyers is essential.

• Strong analytical, technical writing, presentation, communication, and project coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and consistently deliver results.

Applicants should possess specialization and practical experience in one or more of the following sectors:

• Telecommunications & Satellite Systems

• Railway projects and/or supplies

• Solar Power & Renewable Energy

• Manufacturing Plants & Industrial Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development, project identification, and business procurement activities within the assigned sector.

• Coordinate project planning, technical discussions, client meetings, and project implementation from inception to completion.

• Prepare technical proposals, commercial offers, presentations, tender documents, bid submissions, and follow-up activities through to contract award.

• Coordinate with international manufacturers, consultants, contractors, and Government clients under supervision of the Company’s Senior Management.

• Monitor project implementation to ensure quality, compliance, and timely completion.
