Position
Construction Management Engineer
Job Responsibilities
Manage construction project schedules and monitor project progress.
Coordinate and supervise construction activities at project sites.
Ensure projects are completed according to the planned schedule and requirements.
Coordinate with relevant personnel and stakeholders throughout the project.
Support overall construction project management and site operations.
Employment Details
Employment Type: Permanent / No fixed term
Work Location: Same as the head office location

Working Days: 5 days per week
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Annual Holidays: 105 days
Overtime: Required; equivalent to up to 15 hours of fixed overtime is included in the salary.
Salary & Bonus
Base Salary: JPY 190,000/month
Fixed Overtime Allowance: Included in the salary
Bonus: Twice a year, totaling approximately JPY 150,000–450,000 per year
Salary Increase: Available based on company policy and performance
Allowances
Site Allowance: JPY 10,000/month
Communication Allowance: Provided according to company policy
Transportation Allowance: Actual transportation expenses reimbursed up to the company's specified limit
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in:
Architecture
Civil Engineering
Related engineering fields
Japanese: JLPT N4 or above
Driver's License: A valid ordinary driver's license is required; automatic transmission license is acceptable.
