Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) / Mechatronics / Relevant field

• 2 to 5 years

• Experience Requirements: Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in battery, UPS, IPS, EV or power-related industry

• Practical knowledge of Lithium battery (LiFePO4) will be highly preferred Required

• Hands-on mindset (ready to test, inspect, open battery packs)

• Problem-solving ability

• Willingness to travel for supplier visit (if needed) Salary:

Skills:

• Strong understanding of battery fundamentals (Voltage, Ah, C-rate, BMS)

• Experience in battery testing equipment (Battery Analyzer, IR Meter)

• Ability to detect product quality issues and inconsistencies

• Good communication skills for dealing with international suppliers

Job Location: Dhaka (with factory & market visit)

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and select Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery products from international suppliers

• Verify battery specifications including voltage, capacity (Ah), BMS performance, and cell quality

• Conduct technical testing such as capacity testing, internal resistance (IR) measurement, and charge/discharge analysis

• Perform teardown inspection of battery packs to verify internal components and build quality

• Communicate with foreign suppliers (China) regarding technical specifications and quality issues

• Identify A-grade, B-grade, and mixed-grade cells and ensure proper product selection

• Support after-sales service team by analyzing battery failures and providing technical solutions

• Assist management in developing product strategy (Economy, Mid-range, Premium segments)

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and documentation (UN38.3, MSDS, etc.)

• Negotiable (based on experience and skill)
