Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, project management, or a similar role.
Experience in architecture, interior design, construction, real estate, or design and build will be preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in dealing with clients and senior management.
Strong coordination, planning, organization, and follow-up skills.
Comfortable managing multiple projects, clients, and deadlines at the same time.
Good working knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and project tracking tools.

Job Summary
Space Esse is looking for an organized, proactive, and confident Operations Manager to coordinate daily operations, ongoing projects, and client communication.
The role requires someone who can communicate professionally with clients, coordinate with internal teams, follow up consistently, keep projects on schedule, and make sure tasks are completed properly.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily activities between management, design teams, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Communicate directly with clients regarding project updates, requirements, feedback, approvals, meetings, and pending decisions.
Maintain professional client relationships and ensure clear, timely communication throughout each project.
Follow up on project tasks, deadlines, approvals, procurement, site requirements, and other pending activities.
Maintain project trackers and keep management updated on progress, delays, and important issues.
Make sure client requirements and management decisions are clearly communicated to the relevant teams.
Identify delays or operational problems and work with the team to resolve them.
Support management in improving workflows, reporting, and internal processes.
Salary: BDT 30,000 to 40,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
