• Strong portfolio demonstrating interior design projects

• Strong understanding of space planning and materiality

• Excellent SketchUp skills

• Good visualization/rendering skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Ability to take ownership of projects independently

• Strong attention to detail

• Leadership and team-management ability

Space Esse is looking for a Senior Interior Architect / Design Lead to join our design consultancy team.

We are looking for someone with a strong design sensibility, excellent spatial understanding and the ability to independently lead projects from concept through design development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept to design development

• Develop space planning, layouts, concepts and material palettes

• Prepare and coordinate design presentations

• Develop SketchUp models and visual presentations

• Coordinate with visualization and technical teams

• Communicate with clients professionally

• Manage project timelines and deliverables

• Review and guide junior architects/designers

• Coordinate with the Technical and Execution teams

• Ensure design quality and consistency throughout the project

• Participate in site visits and client meetings when required
