• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience

• Strong experience in interior working drawings

• Excellent Microsoft office Excel skills

• Strong understanding of construction detailing

• Strong understanding of site conditions and construction

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Space Esse is looking for a Project Costing Estimator to join our Engineering Department.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in interior working drawings, construction documentation, project costing and technical detailing across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed costing for interior projects

• Prepare detailed BOQ for interior projects

• Review site measurements and existing conditions

• Coordinate with execution engineers and site teams

• Assist in technical coordination throughout the project

• Can identify problems before they reach site

• Can work independently

• Can coordinate effectively with architects and engineers

• Understands that technical accuracy is non-negotiable
