Responsibilities & Context:
Candidates with 2+ years of experience in machine service, installation, commissioning or maintenance will be given preference.
INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
Candidates with experience in Industrial Machinery, Plastic, Printing, Packaging, Beverage, Manufacturing or other Engineering sectors will be preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle industrial machinery sales & service activities
• Visit customers, factories and industrial sites as required
• Machine installation, commissioning and troubleshooting
• Provide technical support and after-sales service to customers
• Diagnose machine problems and provide effective solutions
• Coordinate with customers, technical teams and suppliers
• Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support sales activities and identify new business opportunities
• Achieve assigned sales and service targets
• Travel to different locations in Bangladesh for official purposes
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving ability
• Practical experience in machine servicing & troubleshooting
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Strong willingness to work in the field and travel when required
• Responsible, disciplined and target-oriented
• Smart, confident and professional personality
