• Specialized training or professional experience in interior and/or landscape design will be considered an advantage.

• Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion/Enscape/D5, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.

• 3 to 5 years` experience in related field. Fresh graduates with special interests and expertise in Interior and Landscape Design are also encouraged to apply.

• Brief Portfolio of Works with images of completed projects must accompany the application.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interior concepts for luxury residential and commercial projects, from concept through execution.

• Create landscape and outdoor space designs that complement building architecture and enhance the ambiance of spaces.

• Collaborate closely with the development, construction, MEP, contractors, vendors, and all relevant teams to ensure design intent is carried through to final delivery.

• Select finishes, materials, furnishings, fixtures, lighting, artworks, and accessories aligned with the luxury brand positioning.

• Prepare drawings, 3D renderings, and mood boards for stakeholder presentations and detailed working and shop drawings, specifications for construction.

• Oversee vendors, contractors, and site execution to ensure design fidelity.

• Stay current with global luxury design trends and bring fresh and innovative perspective to local context and climate.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and budgets.
