Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Support administrative & HR tasks such as filing, data entry, & maintaining records.
Handle appointment scheduling and manage meeting room bookings.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.
