∎ Bachelor's Degree in Architecture with good academic records from reputed universities.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Capable gifted individuals who can offer innovative and imaginative design solutions for multi-story residential and commercial projects from inception to completion including preparation of layout, modeling, presentation, detailed working drawings, schedule of works and supervision.
∎ Coordinating with other members of the development team, including engineers, contractors, and project managers, to meet the project's goals.
∎ Participating in project meetings and presentations to clients, as well as overseeing the construction process to monitor progress and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
∎ Staying current with industry standards and trends, as well as local building codes and regulations. Ensuring that all architectural plans and designs are in compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant laws.
∎ Technical skills with expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Studio Max and rendering software.
∎ B.Arch. with 7-10 years’ experience in Real Estate Sector or Design Consultancy Firms with excellent records.
∎ Brief Portfolio of Works with images of completed projects must accompany the application.
