• Candidate must speak clearly and with well manner
• Self-disciplined - able to lead, train and control a technical team.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks to meet goals and ensure product quality
• Willing to meet on-call obligations as needed
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Must have smiling face!!

• Manage patient pre-admission process including counseling patients, confirming physicians admission privileges, recording patient details in hospitals database and using doctors bookings.

• Answer inbound & outbound phone call

• Guide patients through the admission process and gather relevant personal information

• Manages patient placement throughout the facility via assigning beds, arranging transport and notifying physicians of patient arrivals.

• Obtains information of maternity and emergency room patients through interviewing family members and visiting patients’ assigned room.
