• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture
• Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering

• Age 25 to 35 years

1. Develop creative and functional interior design concepts according to client and company requirements.

2. Prepare detailed interior layouts, floor plans, 3D designs, elevations, and working drawings.

3. Select suitable furniture, fixtures, lighting, colors, materials, and decorative elements.

4. Conduct site visits and supervise interior design and construction work to ensure proper execution.

5. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and project teams.

6. Source and select quality interior materials, furniture, fixtures, and accessories within the approved budget.

7. Prepare accurate cost estimates, material lists, and project budgets.

8. Monitor project progress, quality, finishing, and workmanship at the site.

9. Manage and coordinate workers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects.

10. Ensure all interior work is completed according to approved designs, measurements, specifications, and quality standards.

11. Identify design or site-related problems and provide practical and cost-effective solutions.

12. Maintain proper documentation of drawings, measurements, quotations, material requirements, and project updates.

13. Ensure proper finishing and final detailing of all interior works before project handover.

14. Stay updated with modern interior design trends, materials, technologies, and industry practices.

15. Handle all other interior design, site supervision, sourcing, and project-related responsibilities assigned by management.
