Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design

• Age At least 23 years

• Strong knowledge of RCC structural design and detailing.

• Good understanding of BNBC and standard structural design practices.

• Proficiency in relevant structural design and drafting software will be preferred.

• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Design and analysis of RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) structures for residential and commercial buildings.

• Preparation and detailing of RCC structural drawings, including beams, columns, slabs, foundations, staircases, etc.

• Prepare structural design calculations and ensure compliance with relevant BNBC and engineering standards.

• Review structural drawings and coordinate with architectural and MEP drawings.

• Prepare estimation and costing for structural works.

• Prepare BOQ and material quantity calculations for RCC and related construction works.

• Conduct site visits when required and provide technical support during construction.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project teams to ensure proper execution of structural designs.

• Identify structural issues and provide appropriate engineering solutions.
