Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

We are an architecture-based company seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Executive to act as a key point of contact between our clients and design team. The ideal candidate will support client communications, manage inquiries, and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

  • Coordinate communication between clients and architects/design teams.

  • Maintain client records, project updates, and documentation

  • Schedule meetings and follow up on client requests.

  • Address customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

  • Support administrative tasks related to customer service.
