• Only Male

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on professional experience in air-conditioning installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

• Strong practical experience with VRF, central air-conditioning, and split AC systems.Skilled in installation, servicing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various AC systems.

• Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and carry out necessary repairs.

• Experience in routine inspection and maintenance of AC equipment and systems.

• Ability to work independently and respond effectively to AC breakdowns and maintenance requirements.

• Previous experience in a school, commercial building, or large facility will be an advantage.

• Install, maintain, service, and repair VRF, central, and split air-conditioning systems.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults.

• Carry out regular preventive maintenance of all air-conditioning equipment.

• Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and replacement of AC units and components.

• Check refrigerant levels, compressors, motors, filters, coils, thermostats, and other components.

• Respond promptly to AC breakdowns and carry out necessary repairs.

• Maintain proper records of maintenance, repairs, and replaced parts.

• Ensure all AC systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Coordinate with other maintenance staff for repair and facility-related work.
