Responsibilities & Context:
SNOWTEX Washing & Dyeing Ltd. is looking for a technically competent and motivated Sub Assistant Engineer – Mechanical (Machine Maintenance) to join our maintenance team.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of washing, dyeing, and other industrial machines.
Inspect machinery regularly and identify mechanical faults and abnormalities.
Troubleshoot mechanical problems and take necessary corrective actions.
Ensure minimum machine downtime through effective maintenance and quick response.
Perform servicing, lubrication, alignment, adjustment, and replacement of mechanical components.
Maintain maintenance records, machine history, and daily maintenance reports.
Monitor the condition and performance of machines and equipment.
Coordinate with the Production Department for smooth machine operation.
Assist in installation, commissioning, modification, and shifting of machinery when required.
Maintain adequate stock and proper use of maintenance tools and spare parts.
Ensure compliance with company safety rules and maintenance procedures.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
