The In-Charge will be responsible for managing end-to-end departmental operations for Japanese outerwear brands, ensuring all buyer requirements, quality standards, technical specifications, and delivery timelines are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the assigned department to ensure efficient daily operations.

• Plan, organize, monitor, and control departmental activities to achieve production, quality, and delivery targets.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, Industrial Engineering (IE), Production, Quality, Technical, Sample, and other cross-functional teams for seamless execution.

• Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, technical requirements, company policies, and international quality standards.

• Monitor product quality, production progress, sample development, and technical execution to ensure timely delivery.

• Identify operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve efficiency and reduce defects.

• Analyze departmental performance and prepare reports on productivity, quality, and operational KPIs.

• Lead, coach, train, and motivate team members to improve performance and develop future leaders.

• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and resources to maximize productivity and minimize wastage.

• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports related to departmental activities.

• Ensure workplace discipline, health & safety, and compliance with factory regulations.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
