Responsibilities & Context:
BUD Corporation is a leading machinery supply company specializing in Garments Accessories Manufacturing and Textile Machinery. We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Female Sales & Sourcing Engineer with a background in Mechanical Engineering (Diploma/B.Sc). The ideal candidate will be responsible for machinery sales management and strategic sourcing, maintaining relationships with factory management and industrial clients in Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management: Promote, market, and manage the sales of garments accessories manufacturing and textile machinery to industrial clients.
Sourcing Coordination: Identify and coordinate with machine suppliers, understand technical specifications, and ensure proper product sourcing based on client needs.
B2B Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with factory owners, commercial managers, and production heads in the textile sector.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Handle customer inquiries, prepare technical specifications, send price quotations, and close sales deals to meet company goals.
Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, customer feedback summaries, and market insights for upper management.
