Job Summary

Mitwa Couture is seeking a responsible, well-organized, and experienced Factory Manager to oversee daily factory operations. The selected candidate will ensure smooth workflow, timely production, quality compliance, and effective supervision of factory staff.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Cutting Master, Sewing Master, and factory workers.

• Plan, monitor, and guide daily production tasks to ensure efficiency and quality standards.

• Track production orders and ensure timely completion and delivery of finished products.

• Monitor stock levels of fabrics, threads, and other production materials.

• Procure raw materials as required and maintain regular communication with suppliers.

• Maintain and update production records, inventory reports, and worker documentation.
