Job Summary:

Mitwa Couture is looking for a reliable and organized Factory Supervisor to manage workers and daily factory tasks. You will make sure work runs smoothly, products are ready on time, and everyone follows the quality standards.

Job Description/Responsibility

• Supervise Cutting Master, Sewing Master and workers and guide their daily tasks.

• Make sure the work is done properly and up to quality standards.

• Keep track of orders and make sure products are finished and sent out on time.

• Check stock levels of threads, fabrics, and other materials.

• Buy more materials when needed and stay in touch with suppliers.

• Fill out and update paperwork for production, stock, and workers.
