• Must have experience in Footwear quality of swing.

• Implement and maintain quality control systems in swing to ensure products meet specified standards and customer expectations.

• Identify areas in swing for process optimization and lead initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

• Monitor hourly production, efficiency, DHU/defect levels, and machine utilization.

• Analyze production losses and take corrective action to improve line efficiency.

• Work closely with IE to optimize SMV, line balancing, operation sequence, manpower allocation, and production capacity.

• Identify bottleneck operations and implement practical solutions.

• Plan, organize, and control daily footwear swing/sewing production activities.

• Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards, including ISO certifications and buyer requirements.

• Conduct investigations into quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Prepare and present regular quality reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

• Work closely with production, design, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of quality standards throughout the production process.
