Candidates having experience in these goods will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership and team management skill.
Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
Good in planning and analytical skills.
Good inter-personal & communication skills both in English and Bengali.
Should have efficiency in computer & MS Office (English & Bangla Typing).
Responsibilities & Context:
S. A Group of Industries is looking for experienced professional for the Quality Control and Quality Assurance Department who will lead the team of dynamic workforce in Bhatiyari Industrial Park at Chattogram.
(The applicant should be able to commit to stay longer period of time in Chattogram)·
To implement, control and improve on Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs in order to ensure compliance and Good Laboratory Practice to meet the quality expectation by customers & regulatory bodies.
To ensure quality objectives and product performance are met through constant monitoring and improvement of internal and external requirements.
To be the Quality Management Representative in all aspects of quality audit, compliance as well as obtaining new accreditations.
Ensure overall quality control of Water and Beverage, Coffee, Rice, Mustard Oil, Spices, Dal, Biscuits, Tea mix, Noodles, Detergent production processes.
Implement and maintain quality standards (ISO, BSTI, HACCP, etc.).
Lead laboratory testing and ensure accurate documentation.
Coordinate with production, R&D, and compliance teams.
Handle audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections.
Manage the QC team, ensure training, and performance evaluation.
To monitoring quality of raw materials, finished goods, packing materials, quality, pest management, Safety, Hygiene & sanitization etc.
Responsible for the overall production of high quality, The overall implementation and maintain of quality standards in the Plant.
Responsible for managing and analyzing the root cause analysis exercise pertaining to any complicated issues arising from daily operations.
To planning duties within QA & QC stuff and related work schedule.
To lead & motivate subordinates to enable them to work together effectively & productively.
Report to the higher management / Plant head.
Any others job assigned by management.
