Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain the Cash Book and subsidiary ledgers of bills receivable and payable, ensuring accurate recording of daily transactions and closing cash books on a regular basis.

  • Assist in preparing balance sheets, budgets, and controlling overall accounts management.

  • Ensure proper management of petty cash, cash flow, and disbursement processes.

  • Maintain inventory records and supervise documentation related to productive items and acquisition of fixed assets.

  • Coordinate and ensure effective utilization of the ERP system across all functional units, including factory operations.

  • Liaise with internal departments such as Finance, Costing, Procurement, and Internal Audit, as well as external stakeholders, to ensure smooth business operations.

  • Handle banking activities including L/C, LTR, and other trade finance matters as directed by the Functional Head.

  • Collect bank statements and prepare daily receipts and payments reports.

  • Prepare statements of Current Assets and Current Liabilities for management review and decision-making.

  • Assist in preparing organizational budgets, financial forecasts, and daily disbursement plans.

  • Prepare weekly financial reports for management review.

  • Perform bank reconciliations, monitor receivables and payables, maintain bank liability files, and prepare project profiles and bank-related documents.

  • Maintain correspondence with banks and financial institutions.

  • Organize and maintain financial records and documents systematically for future reference and audit purposes.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.
