• Technical knowledge of packing machinery and production processes.

• Manpower supervision and problem-solving ability.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Knowledge of safety, quality, hygiene, and basic MS Office.

• Strong leadership and team management skill. 

• Strong technical knowledge in quality system. 

• Able to work complete the task within a preset time-frame. 

• Good in planning and analytical skills.

• Good inter-personal & communication skills both in English and Bengali. 

• Should have efficiency in computer & MS Office (English & Bangla Typing).

S. A Group of Industries is looking for experienced professional for the Packing In-Charge who will lead the team of dynamic workforce in the S A Beverage Ltd, Bhatiyari at Chattogram.

(The applicant should be able to commit to stay longer period of time in Chattogram)·        

• Supervise day-to-day packing operations and achieve production targets.

• Monitor packing machines, weighing, sealing, labeling, coding, and packaging quality.

• Ensure correct packing weight, product quality, hygiene, and minimum wastage.

• Manage packing manpower, shift allocation, attendance, discipline, and productivity.

• Coordinate with Production, QC, Maintenance, Store, and HR/Admin teams.

• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with Maintenance for breakdowns and repairs.

• Ensure proper use and availability of packing materials.

• Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, and compliance with SOPs.

• Prepare daily packing/production reports and maintain necessary records.

• Identify operational problems and take immediate corrective action or report to Plant Head.

• Maintain daily packing/production reports and submit daily operational updates to the concerned authority.

• Maintain close liaison with the Store team for timely issue, receipt, and availability of packing materials.

• Report to the higher management / Plant head.

• Any others job assigned by management.
