Job Description

SEAM AGRO FOODS LTD is looking for a responsible and experienced Production Officer to supervise and monitor production activities across our food product categories, including Bakery, Snacks, Drinks & Beverages, and Spices. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, maintaining product quality and food safety standards, achieving production targets, and managing production manpower and resources efficiently.

Factory Address: Nawan, Fuldi, Boktarpur, Kaliganj-1720, Gazipur, Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily production activities according to the production plan and schedule.

• Ensure timely achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

• Monitor production processes for Bakery, Snacks, Drinks & Beverages, and Spices products.

• Ensure production is carried out according to approved recipes, formulations, specifications, and quality standards.

• Monitor the proper use of raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, and other production resources.

• Minimize material wastage and improve production efficiency.

• Supervise production workers and allocate manpower according to production requirements.

• Maintain proper production records, batch records, production reports, and other relevant documents.

• Coordinate with Quality Control (QC), Maintenance, Store, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted production.

• Monitor machinery and equipment during production and report technical problems to the concerned department.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of production areas, machinery, and equipment.

• Identify production-related problems and take appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

• Monitor production efficiency, manpower utilization, and material consumption.

• Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company rules, SOPs, and production procedures.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to management.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
