Practical experience in color, chemical handling, color matching, and printing processes will be highly preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
Operate printing machines safely and efficiently according to production requirements.
Set up and adjust printing machines for different production orders.
Monitor printing quality, color consistency, and production output.
Handle and work with printing colors, dyes, chemicals, and related materials with proper care.
Ensure correct color matching and maintain required color standards.
Identify and troubleshoot basic machine and printing-related problems.
Monitor machine performance and report technical issues to the concerned supervisor.
Maintain proper production records and follow work instructions.
Ensure minimum wastage of raw materials, colors, chemicals, and other consumables.
Follow workplace safety, quality control, and environmental procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping around the machine and work area.
Coordinate with the Production, Quality Control, and other relevant departments.
