Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate lamination machines according to production specifications.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operation.
Check the quality of laminated products and ensure they meet company standards.
Load raw materials and ensure proper material handling during production.
Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of the machine.
Report machine faults or breakdowns to the Maintenance Department.
Maintain production records, machine logs, and daily output reports.
Reduce material wastage and improve production efficiency.
Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
Perform any other production-related duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.
Qualifications
Diploma in mechanical engineering, Diploma in chemical engineering
Experience will enhance educational qualifications.
Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a woven, coating, packaging, or plastic manufacturing industry is preferred.
Fresh candidates with technical knowledge and a willingness to learn may also apply.
Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of machine operation.
Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Ability to work under production targets.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in shifts when required.
