5-6 years of experience in a leadership role within food, consumer goods, or agribusiness manufacturing/R&D functions.
Proven expertise in process optimization, ingredient innovation, and pilot-to-industrial scale-up.
Strong technical grounding in manufacturing processes, food/product stability, and quality compliance standards.
Experience leading cross-functional collaboration with QA, R&D, and manufacturing teams.
Sound understanding of machinery and technology transformation in a manufacturing environment.
Publications in reputed journals will be considered an added advantage.

The Capability Planning Specialist will be responsible for driving process optimization, product stability, and ingredient innovation across ACI's food, consumer goods, and agribusiness portfolio, ensuring efficient scale-up from bench-top to industrial operations.
What You Will Do
Optimize manufacturing processes to improve production yields, lower energy footprints, and ensure consistent product Optimize manufacturing processes to improve production yields and reduce energy consumption across product lines.
Ensure consistent product stability through systematic process control and root-cause analysis.
Lead technical evaluation and scale-up of novel ingredients, alternative formulations, and food preservation methods.
Design and execute rigorous pilot-scale trials to validate new processes and formulations before industrial rollout.
Manage the transition of bench-top innovations into full-scale industrial operations, ensuring consistency and cost-efficiency.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure full compliance with national and international food safety standards.
Drive technology transformation in local manufacturing units such as powder-to-tablet or liquid-to-concentrate conversions - supported by strong machinery knowledge.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across manufacturing processes, equipment, and technology use.
