Responsibilities & Context:
Manage Walmart Supplier One, including supplier profiles, user access, documentation, onboarding, and retailer communications.
Handle Item 360, including new item setup, product attributes, UPC/GTIN validation, product imagery, packaging details, and launches
Utilize Retail Link to monitor sales, inventory, in-stock performance, reporting, and business insights
Manage Walmart.com product content, including images, descriptions, features, etc.
Administer purchase orders by coordinating with customer service and supply chain, scheduling shipments, monitoring fill rates, resolving PO exceptions.
Ensure Walmart compliance covering GS1, packaging, textile labeling, product testing, and sustainability requirements
Perform retail and financial analytics including POS, pricing, cost changes, invoice reconciliation, and compliance claims
Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to ensure seamless Walmart operations and execution.
