Experience:

• 7 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Jute Goods/ Jute Yarn, Handicraft

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred). Candidates from other disciplines with relevant handicraft production experience are also encouraged to apply.

• 7–10 years of relevant production experience, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.

• Experience in Handicraft, Home Décor, Jute, Cane & Bamboo, Natural Fiber, Lifestyle Products, Gift Items, Artisan Products, or Nakshi Kantha manufacturing will be given preference.

• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, quality control, ERP systems, and MS Office.

• Motivated, energetic, pro-active, driven to meet targets & ability to work independently.

• Ability to work under pressure & do multitasking.Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Expert on different report writing

• Good command of written and spoken English.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager – Production & Operations (Handicraft) to oversee production planning, inventory management, quality assurance, and overall factory operations for our export-oriented handicraft manufacturing business.

• Plan and manage production based on sales forecasts and market demand.

• Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.

• Manage inventory of raw materials, WIP (Work in Progress), and finished goods.

• Optimize the utilization of manpower, machinery, and production resources.

• Monitor production efficiency, minimize waste, and control production costs.

• Ensure timely movement of finished goods to warehouse and distribution.

• Maintain production, inventory, and ERP/MIS records.

• Ensure workplace safety, security, and regulatory compliance.

• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Sales, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.

• Lead, supervise, and develop the production team.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
