Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct daily visits to bad-debt dealers across different locations in Bangladesh.
Achieve monthly, weekly, and daily bad-debt collection targets.
Conduct frequent market visits to monitor dealers and recovery opportunities.
Give special attention to ADR dealers and ensure regular follow-up for collection.
Visit case dealers and negotiate settlement and collection of outstanding dues.
Submit GD/FIR cases as required and coordinate with government authorities and concerned dealers.
Meet with local/village leaders where appropriate to facilitate recovery efforts and resolve collection issues.
Collect and verify detailed information about bad-debt dealers, including their current business location, business activities, financial condition, and other relevant updates.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly MIS reports on bad-debt collection, along with market visit reports.
Visit at least 10–15 dealers daily and communicate with 30–40 dealers by phone on a daily basis.
