Responsibilities & Context:

A reputed Japanese textile-chemical company operating in Bangladesh is seeking competent professionals to support its chemical business operations at BSEZ, Araihazar, Narayanganj. The company is engaged in the import, export, storage, distribution, and supply of textile chemicals and related chemical products.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and compliant workplace by monitoring HSE practices, conducting safety inspections and risk assessments, and overseeing safe chemical handling and storage. The role will also involve incident investigation, corrective actions, and employee safety awareness activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and workplace safety awareness activities.

• Monitor safe chemical handling, storage, labeling, and PPE practices.

• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.

• Maintain HSE records and support safety training, drills, and compliance activities.
